A Great Morning at Angelina Paris in Downtown Beirut

Mornings tend to be a nightmare during weekdays but that shouldn't be the case on a Saturday when there is no traffic and breakfast starts at noon. Angelina Paris offers a lazy brunch every day till 12 pm with several options ranging from croissant, jam, fresh orange juice and omlette.
We had the "Petit-Déjeuner Angelina" for 38.000 LBP, including your choice of tea, coffee or the famous Angelina hot chocolate, fresh fruit juice, mini viennoiseries, bread roll with jam and butter, fresh fruits salad and eggs "My Way" prepared as you wish; the traditional omelette or eggs with turkey or eggs Benedict.
We went for the Angelina hot chocolate for sure and the eggs Benedict.
•Like we already mentioned in our previous review, the hot chocolate is the best you can have in Lebanon as it is made with 100% chocolate without being too sweet and accompanied with fresh whipped cream.
•They served 2 kinds of Angelina Paris jam: strawberry and peach. Both of them were very enjoyable with the bread and butter.
•The mini viennoiseries were fresh but their taste was average, not up to the standards of Angelina. They lacked butter and filling. We were not impressed.
•The eggs Benedict were excellently prepared and beautifully presented. The cream was very consistent and delicious yet light which made our breakfast a delight.
Having a fulfilling breakfast made our day more joyful and full of energy. Spoiling yourselves in the weekend is always a wonderful idea.
