Dinner at Olivos Restaurant in Radison Blu Martinez Hotel

Whenever we want to feel like we are traveling we go to an international hotel that brings nostalgia of vacation mode. Our recent visit was to Olivios in Radison Blu Martinez hotel in Ain El Mreisseh. 

The restaurant has a European style with a cozy interior and a beautiful ceiling that will bring you nostalgia to your previous European trips.
 

Their menu offers international items such as steak, pizza, pasta plus traditional Lebanese mezza that will impress their hotel guests.

We started with tabboule, the ingredients were fresh but the portion was a bit small and it needed more lemon.

The hommos was tasty as it was very well blended and the thiné taste was very present. 

The Rakakat were very addictive! They were very crispy and the cheese used was delicious.


The Caprese Salad had an Italian taste thanks to its fresh Mozzarella. It contained basil, tomatoes and lettuce with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. 

The Taouk were amazing! The chicken were tender and very well marinated and the flavors were very present. The fries that accompanied them were so yummy. 

The Truffle Pizza was average. The crust was good but we didn't taste any truffle in it. It had also onion cubes on top of the cheese that felt uncooked and ruined the taste.

For dessert we couldn't but try their fondant au chocolate which was excellent it came very hot and exploded with melted chocolate.

The tiramisu was beautifully presented but it lacked the coffee flavor. 




We happened to have dinner when there was a group of guests who were having a buffet and we were impressed by the choices they had and how delicious each item looks. We enjoyed our dinner Olivios in Radison Blu Martinez hotel, the friendly service, the location and the location convenience of the restaurant.
