French Movie Review:Un Moment d'Egarement

Un Moment d'Egarement (One Wild Moment) is a 2015 French comedy/drama film directed by Jean-François Richet. It is a remake of the 1977 film Un moment d'égarement, directed by Claude Berri.
The title can resume the whole story since "one wild moment" was enough to turn upside down the vacation of 2 fathers and their 2 daughters. That moment when Louna (Lola Le Lann) the daughter of Antoine (François Cluzet) and the best friend of Marie (Alice Isaaz) declare her love to Marie's father, Laurent (Vincent Cassel) , the best friend of Francois.
Half of the movie passes until the sexual act between Louna and Laurent happens, and the other half makes us urged to know what would be the reaction of Antoine, the very strict father, towards what happened.
The film is very "summery" since it was filmed in Corsica with beach sceneries and old rural houses.
The story is deep and light at the same time which makes the movie very interesting. We loved its theme song.
The movie has a moral message that each one will interpret on his own.
You will know what we mean after you watch the movie.
